The Foundation has set up an Ideas Portal, as we, from time to time, consider unsolicited proposals that fall outside our funding calls. However, due to the unprecedented global COVID-19 crisis, the Foundation’s funds in 2020 will be entirely focused on supporting organizations dealing with the pandemic. Please read our statement to learn more about how we are responding to this crisis.

Given this situation, we have closed our Ideas Portal and will not be accepting any unsolicited requests for funding for the rest of this calendar year. We hope to be able to reopen the Ideas Portal in early 2022.

As the crisis unfolds, we must acknowledge that the impacts of the pandemic are both immediate and far-reaching. They will undoubtedly be felt most profoundly by those in our communities who are most vulnerable. We understand that this is a particularly difficult time for charities and nonprofits.
